Altrusa is an international network of executives and profssionals in diversified career classifications, dedicated to improving their communities by personal service. Through their local clubs, members unite their varied talents in service to others. Altrusa is recognized internationally for the significant contributions of its clubs and members.<br><p></p>
District Four is composed of 26 clubs in the states of Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Each district has a Governor with a 2 year term. In addition to the duties concerned with the business of the District, the Governor of each District sits on the International Board during her tenure. Only Past District Governors are eligible for election to an International office.<br><p></p>
