Club History:
The Montgomery Club was organized April 1934, and Chartered November 26, 1947. There were nine organizing members.
Club Meetings:
The Montgomery Club has a dinner meeting at 5:30 on the third Thursday of every month. The board meeting is on the first Tuesday or Thursday of every month at 5:30.
Service Projects & Fundraisers:
- The major Fund Raisers are a Spring and Fall Yardsale.
- We are partners with E. D. Nixon Elementary School, working with the 4 Year Old Kindergarten. These children come from low-income areas and we are able to help supply some of their school uniforms, school supplies and also help the teacher with instructional materials for the room.
